SERVICE RULES
1) Place your bait request up to 30 days in advance with a 32 hour minimum outside of next-day requests. Once your request is claimed, you agree you will pay for this bait order.
2) All bait request can be canceled at any point before the order is claimed.
3) Once your bait gets delivered, you hand over your completion code. At that time your card will be charged. Please leave your feedback for your seller by giving them a star rating. Your seller will also leave you a star rating. You must maintain an average of 3 stars to continue to request bait through the system.
4) If you cancel after your order after it has been claimed or do not show up on the day of delivery, a cancellation fee of $15 applies and you will be given a 2 Star Rating.
5) If you are over 30 minutes late, there will be an extra $15 service charge.
6) If the seller cancels your order, you are awarded a $10 credit.
7) If the seller is over 30 minutes late or does not show up, you get a $15 credit and the seller automatically gets a 1 star rating.
8) Do not give your information to the Shipper. All customer support related issues should be directed to the FIND Service Center.
